Group activities are inherently suspect under the antitrust laws. Topics which may give an appearance of an agreement that would violate the antitrust laws are not to be discussed at CDN meetings or in CDN on-line forums. It is the responsibility of each Member, Meeting Participant and CDN website user to avoid raising improper subjects for discussion. This Policy has been prepared to assure that CDN Staff, Members, or Participants in meetings or association on-line forums are aware of and adhere to this obligation.
