- The rebate is paid only on “Rebate-Eligible Pounds.”
- “Rebate-Eligible Pounds” = the total pounds purchased minus Formula Pounds.
- “Formula Pounds” are volumes sold to customers specifically identified in the agreement and are not rebate eligible.
- Formula Pounds count toward the total annual volume threshold.
- Once a volume threshold is achieved, the applicable rebate rate applies only to the Rebate-Eligible Pounds.
